چکیده
Wide energy gap materials dispiro[fluorene-9,9?-anthracene-10?,9?-fluorene] (SAS) and dispiro[xanthene-9,9?-anthracene-10?,9?-xanthene] (XAX) containing double spiro–carbons, are introduced as hosts for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs). Both SAS XAX free of heteroatomic exocyclic bonds, which implicated in limiting the stability PHOLEDs. The synthesized gram-scale quantities through short efficient paths. They have large gaps (?5.0 eV) between highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) lowest unoccupied (LUMO) correspondingly high triplet energies solid state (ET ? 3.0 eV). Analysis devices using host with dopant fac-tris(N,N-di-p-tolyl-pyrizinoimidazol-2-yl)iridium(III) (Ir(tpz)3), shows that charges transported trapped by dopant, subsequently forms excitons directly on phosphor. As a result, luminescence quenching pathways suppressed leads to (?18%) external quantum efficiency. Thus, serve promising materials, suitable

Studies on Novel Blue Phosphorescent Organic Light-emitting Devices
Organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) have attracted lots of attentions and have been subjects of intensive studies due to their great potential for plat panel display and solid state illumination applications. In this paper, we designed a new type of ultra-thin non doped organic blue electrophosphorescent devices of based on Firpic. We also studied that the impact of object layer thickness fo...
متن کاملStudies on the photodegradation of red, green and blue phosphorescent OLED emitters
The photodegradation behavior of four well-established iridium emitters was investigated. Irradiation of the samples in different solvents and under atmospheric as well as inert conditions helped to identify several pathways that can contribute to the deterioration of these compounds. Degradation via singlet oxygen or the excited states of the emitters as well as the detrimental influence of ha...
متن کاملSymmetric Electrodes for Electrochemical Energy‐Storage Devices
Increasing environmental problems and energy challenges have so far attracted urgent demand for developing green and efficient energy-storage systems. Among various energy-storage technologies, sodium-ion batteries (SIBs), electrochemical capacitors (ECs) and especially the already commercialized lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are playing very important roles in the portable electronic devices or...
متن کاملNovel host materials for blue phosphorescent OLEDs
We present two classes of host materials for blue phosphors. The first are carbazole substituted biphenyls 1-9. In these CBP-type materials the triplets are confined to one half of the molecules by using either twisted biphenyls or by a metalinkage of the carbazoles to the biphenyl. We obtained high triplet energies of 2.95-2.98 eV and high glass transition temperatures in the range of 100-120 ...
متن کاملBlue fluorescent OLED materials and their application for high-performance devices
The authors applied two technologies to improve the efficiency of fluorescent blue organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). First, an efficiency-enhancement layer (EEL) was introduced to boost triplet-triplet fusion (TTF). Second, new blue dopants with a higher orientation factor in the emitting layer were developed. Consequently, the external quantum efficiency (EQE) was increased up to 11.5% wi...
